The story
I started as an engineer — a degree in electronics and instrumentation at BITS Pilani — and ended up at Goldman Sachs, where I built the executive reporting behind the Apple Card partnership. Sixty million transactions will teach you that analysis only counts when it changes a decision. Everything since has been an attempt to shorten the distance between the two.
At Advanced Financial Solutions I moved from analysing decisions to owning them: building a climate-risk advisory offering from zero and running commercial operations for thirteen enterprise SaaS deals. Then an MBA at UC Davis — and a summer at Delta Air Lines, evaluating startups across the sustainability portfolio and helping sequence the enterprise decarbonization roadmap.
Most recently I led go-to-market and new ventures at Olinia, Mexico's first affordable micro-EV platform — customer segments, sales channels, and an AI-assisted research playbook that made the whole team faster.

Before a single slide, agree on the decision being made and what would change the answer.

A clear frame makes fast work possible. Speed without structure just produces confident noise.

Opinions are welcome. They are just not the same as data, and the difference should be visible.

Strategy that stops at recommendation is unfinished. The artefact matters as much as the advice.
